(Rochester, MN) – It’s a discovery that might lead some potheads to consider taking up hiking as a hobby.
Authorities say 138 pounds of high quality marijuana was recovered Monday in a concealed spot on a rural southwest Olmsted County road. It was packed in 3 totes and 2 large garbage bags, with an estimated street value of $345,000.
The Sheriff’s Office says there are concerns for people’s safety due to the large amount of marijuana that a dealer has lost, so it’s not releasing any more details on how the marijuana was located or by whom.
The case remains under investigation at this time.
