Kasota Man Hospitalized After Car Vs. Semi Crash

(Kasota, MN) – An 87-year-old man from Kasota was hospitalized Saturday after his car was hit by a semi.

The State Patrol says Clinton Charles Gunderson was stopped on Le Sueur County Road 21 and wanted to cross over Highway 22. He then pulled out and the semi was unable to stop and the vehicles collided.

Gunderson was taken to MCHS Mankato with non-life threatening injuries.

The semi driver, 59-year-old Meril Kohl of Williamsburg, Ohio, was not injured.
