Southern MN Murder Victim ID’ed, Wife Sought

(Blooming Prairie, MN) – Authorities have now identified the man found dead Friday in southern Minnesota’s Dodge County.

Police say 54-year-old David Reiss of Blooming Prairie died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death has been ruled a homicide.

David’s wife, 56-year-old Lois Ann Reiss, is said to be a person of interest in the killing and police are currently searching for her.

Riess is thought to be traveling in a white 2005 Cadillac Escalade with MN license plate 864-LAE, similar to that pictured.

Riess is decribed as 5’5″ tall and 165 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair – lighter in color than the photo above.
